I've had this awful phone since February and feel like a right idiot for having bought it.
At times this phone simply powers itself off and won't respond, take a charge or turn back on for 3 days. It's simply dead, I sent it back to Sony for reapair and they didn't bother to fix it just sent it back saying 'there was nothing wrong with it'
I don't know why I'm paying for a phone that doesn't work all the time, it's a total joke and I'm being ripped off.
I'm having to send it back again today, after speaking to the unhelpful customer service idiot on the phone who just wanted to get rid of me quickly, if it comes back unrepaired this time I'm going back to 3 and refusing to keep paying for this phone.
