Phone crashed - Gray screen

Hi,

I don't know what to do.  New Xperia XA2 bought Thursday. Today the phone crashed. I can restart it and enter my pin code. But after that, i just have this gray screen.
I tried to repair it with the program Xperia companion, but I can't click on button next...
