My phone app keeps crashing, so if I miss a call I am unable to access recent calls to find out who rang me!
Advice please people ty.

What you can try is settings, apps & notifications, app info, find phone and tap on it, storage, clear data (most probably you will lose call log and for sure set preferences), restart phone.
