Overheating and Drain Battery & screen troubles

hello,

My SOny xperia xA1, is having troubles. First of al the same side-screen problems that I read here a lot. And then, the battery is getting very hot and drains very quick.  What to do? How to solve? (my previous phone was also an xperia, and had the same 'hot battery' problems by the way). I bought the phone end september 2017.

As with any device, the best advice is the one that's the most obvious.

If you have ongoing hardware issues with your device, contact your Local support and inform them of all the ongoing issues. Also at this time, request a repair.

What tasks you use?If you play heavy games it's normal to heating and battery to drain faster,but if your phone it's overheating in normal task maybee you have an app which run in background and use your CPU.Go to settings>battery>consumaption apps and see if an app use much battery.I reccomande you to download Grenify(it's an app which stop apps to run in background) and freeze some apps.If no one of this solutions not help you,try an factory reset.
