You need to DEMAND a replacement unit. Specify very clearly to the repair centre that a repair is not acceptable. You may need to initiate a claim in your local 'small claims' court also. What country are you in? I'm in Ireland. I'm a lawyer.

There may be a language issue here - you say above that you live in EU but now you say you live in India? Which is it? If you live in the EU I suggest you contact the European Consumer Centre in the country that you live in.
