Try clearing app cache and data, deactivate it, restart phone, activate it again and start over.

I have already done so, and did not work, maybe this is a bug in the update "Support" ?

What version of the app do you have? 

I had that bug in version 3.6.4 but it was solved to me in version 3.6.12 (the last version I have now is 3.8.8 and working normally on my XZ Premium).

I have 3.8.8, but for some reason it doesn't work
