No sounds from incoming videocall cannot hear

What app are you using for the video calls?
Hi, i am using wharsapp. She hear me, but i dont hear her.
Its a problem mine. I cant hear anybody.
In normal calls, with whatsapp or wthout whatsapp, i can hear good, but in videocalls i cant hear nothing. What happen?
