No mobile data

Purchased new ultra yesterday. No 4G, check mobile data and everything. About info just says not roaming. I use the Aldi Sum Card which operates on the Telstra network. Network says Telstra but top left of phone says Aldi. Any ideas?

Do you have the correct APN settings? 

Have you contacted your carrier network regarding 4G LTE coverage? 

Settings > Network > Internet settings
