NO MOBILE DATA WORK ON MY PHONE MOBILE

Al activar los datos móviles de mi Xperia simplemente no funcionan, ya probé revisar que las aplicaciones estén activas e incluso ya lo restableci de fabrica pero el problema persiste.

Ya le di solución, después de la actualización del software dejaron de funcionar..  La solución es simple, se van a ajustes>más "en la sección donde vienenlas redes> redes moviles>nombres de puntos de acceso>restablecer ajustes" la opción está seleccionando los tres puntitos del lado derecho de la pantalla" y listo la opción activa o seleccionada debe ser la que diga Internet.Telcel.com.  Esto para mi caso....  Espero les sea de ayuda.  Saludos... 

I already gave solution, after the software update they stopped working .. The solution is simple, they go to settings> more "in the section where the networks come> mobile networks> access point names> reset settings" option is selecting the three little dots on the right side of the screen "and ready the active or selected option should be the one that says Internet.Telcel.com.This for my case ....
