No headset in box

I bought one for my son from a UK website for Christmas and really liked it.

I bought one for myself in an Three phone shop on the High Street and there was no headset in the box. Customer support said Sony don't supply them, retailers  do!

Headphones are an essential and not providing them and expecting the customer to buy them as an 'accessory' is a cheap shot by Sony. Has this happened anyone else?

I bought mine in Brazil and it came with the headphone.

The Last two I had (xa and e5) didnt not had headphone

Box contents vary by retailer, some retailers have headphones, some don't and have better chargers. 

It sounds much worse than it is as the mh750 earphones cost next to nothing online, but a quick charger can cost much more
