No connection to PC

Sony experia XA перестал подключаться к ПК, хотя до этого год работал нормально. Сейчас, когда я пытаюсь подключить смартфон к ПК через usb кабель, на телефоне не появляется даже сообщение с предложением что надо сделать, при этом на пк тоже нет никакого оповещения, о том что я подключил телефон. Что делать?

Do you experience the same with a different computer? 

How about a different USB cable and/or USB port?

Then the issue could be hardware related, you will have to contact your Local support to get it inspected.
