New upgrade on camera

Only front camera is working? When I tap on icon to turn to back camera for non selfie shots it simply changes the zoom of selfie

Any ideas? Tried rebooting and clearing cache

It seems that this is not your personal problem. The xperia xa2 ultra in my hand is the same. I have tried several ways and still have no solution. 8-) ..¤

I've got the same problem. Back camera not working and neither the flash torch. Any ideas?
