Hello. After updating to Android 7.0 I can not reach anyone and nobody can reach me either. There are no hooters, no answering machine. Just silence. when I'm called too, the silence. The speakers are okay. The Internet is working. Communication catches. What to do? Under the warranty will do?

How did you updated the phone? was it an OTA update? XC? or did you manually updated the phone through Xperifirm/flashtool?

Try this:

Call someones number and then till its calling turn up the volume with volume up button on your smartphone. Maybe volume of your earpiece is turned down. This may cause you to hear just silence. If it worked please let us know. Cheers and good luck!

it turned out that the phone is ringing with other SIM cards. My SIM card does not work, but on other phones my SIM card works. the phone does not work with just one SIM card. Maybe I should contact the operator?
