Navigation buttons do not work

Bonjour voila mon souci mes 3 bouton tout en bas de mon telephone ne fonctionne plus la flèche le rond et le carré puis le tactile tout en Haut à droite fonctionne plus aussi

Have you been able to test the phone in safe mode in order to see if the navigation keys work as intended there? All apps downloaded from Play Store is temporarily deactivated while in safe mode, and by rebooting your phone to safe mode you can see if this is caused by a downloaded app. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here. 

As there is no setting available in the phone that enables you to adjust the functionality of the navigation keys, my suggestion is that you try to perform a software repair using a computer and Xperia Companion. Keep in mind though that a software repair will erase all user data, so remember to do a backup of your user data first.
