My rear flash isn't working I have a Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra

What do I do to fix my rear flash it won't flash and it won't come on with the flashlight apps either

Is it the same behaviour when using the inbuilt flashlight, or does it not work when using this either?

How is the flash working in the inbuilt test in the device? You can find the test in Settings > Support > Xperia tests > Flash/torch.
