I had the worst experience ever with Sony. Firstly, I bought a Xperia C4 and after a few months screen was irresponsive and had it changed at local Sony service center. The same thing happened despite change of that new screen after a few more months. And so I thougt I still wanted to go for Sony and bought XA1. After a few months, side of the screen of that XA1 was irresponsive too.
I used to feel that Sony is a lasting brand due to Japanese product and gave good comments to my friends and families. But that was all over. They did not change even when previous models have issues. This screen issue is not that obvious to other brands but Sony. That was my last Sony ever.
