Mi dispositivo celular Xperia Xa1 lo adquirí pero tiene una falla de fábrica y es que se apaga a pesar de que la batería esté al máximo, el celular no se enciende hasta conectar su cargador.

My Xperia Xa1 cellular device was acquired but it has a factory failure and it is shutting down even though the battery is at maximum, the cell phone does not turn on until its charger is connected.

I has the same problem with you. I have already contract the local support. But the problem still happens.
