Music playing through earpiece and not loudspeaker

Hey thanks! One of my audio apps is to blame. So solved the problem by turning the phone on and off again.

Hi @Stam6, sorry to hear about this.

Is this something that has started to occur very recently, for example after you updated your device or installed a new application?

The only time the sound should be played through a headset/headphones instead of the loudspeaker is if you have one connected to your device.

I would recommend that you start with checking so there is not dirt or moisture inside the audio jack on your device, be very gentle (you can turn the device up side down and shake it a bit).

If there is no change after cleaning the audio jack, try restarting your device in safe mode and play a YouTube video or similar and see if there is any change when downloaded applications aren't loaded.
