Microphone can not be heard
Hello good morning, yesterday afternoon my microphone worked properly but from one moment to another my micro stopped working did not fall or anything like that, some would have an idea of why that happened, now my microphone is heard as if it was raining and very low voice almost impossible to perceive

Hola buenos días, ayer en la tarde funcionaba correctamente mi micrófono pero de un momento a otro mi micro dejo de funcionar no se me cayó ni nada de eso, alguno tendría una idea del porqué pasó eso, ahora mi micro se escucha como si estuviese lloviendo y muy baja la voz casi imposible de percibir
