Hi @Rahul4r2wty, sorry to hear about this. 
Is the SD card not detected by device, or is it detected but you can't save any data to it? If the SD card is not detected, do you have the possibility to try a different SD card in your device?
One of your friends, colleagues or family members may have one in their device that you can mount in yours and see if that is detected. This will help us in finding out if the device does not read SD cards at all, or if there is something with the SD card that is not working correctly.
