J'ai redémarré mon mobile car il ne répondait plus.
Je me suis retrouvée avec des changements de réglage (thème, boîte mail), et mon détecteur d'empreintes ne répond plus.
J'ai donc tenté d'enregistrer mes empreintes à nouveau mais j'ai un message d'erreur :
Empreinte illisible.
L'enregistrement va être annulé car la durée limite d'inscription de l'empreinte est dépassée.
Suivez les instructions d'enregistrement et réessayez.
Je précise avoir fait par la suite un redémarrage forcé (mode sans échec) mais le problème persiste.
Téléphone encore sous garantie.
Quelqu'un peut m'orienter ?

I restarted my mobile because he was not responding.
I found myself with some setting changes (theme, mailbox), and my fingerprint detector stops responding.
So I tried to register my fingerprints again but I have an error message:
Illegible footprint.
Registration will be canceled because the registration deadline is exceeded.
Follow the registration instructions and try again.
I said I did a forced restart later (safe mode) but the problem persists.
Phone still under warranty.
Can someone orient me?
