Low volume in hearing aids

Hola tengo un Sony Xperia XA ULTRA, el caso es que cuando uso audífonos inhalambricos extra bass en este caso, suenan bien, suenan fuerte, pero ahora tengo unos audífonos con cable deportivos contra agua y polvo, y no suenan muy fuertes y quisiera saber que puedo hacer para aumentar el volumen de estos. Ya fui a el ecualizador y nada:(
