Issue with volume while I am in a call

Hi,

I bought a new Xperia XA ultra dual a day back. Everything is working fine except for its volume. While making a call I'm not able to hear clearly from the other end. To be precise the volume is very feeble. I did the diagnostic tests, even then the condition is same. Is this some hardware issue?

Take it back to where you bought it from and have it replaced. A phone that has issues from the beginning should be immediately returned.

If you upgraded to Nougat (.131), it's not a hardware problem. Software must be fixed!
