Insufficient memory

Tengo un XA ULTRA de 16gb, pero, pese a que y estado limpiando constantemente para liberar espacio, la memoria sigue estando llena, hice varias pruebas con la aplicación de terceros y me vendí con la memoria interna de 10gb. ¿A que se debe eso?  

I have an XA ULTRA of 16gb, but, although I have been constantly cleaning to free up space, the memory is still full, I made several tests with the third party application and I sold myself with the internal memory of 10gb. What is the cause of that?

Just restart your phone and it should solve the problem if u don't have too many apps and your storage is showing that it's full. I had the same problem and when I restarted phone i again had 6gb free storage
