I lost my phone

Good day  i lost my phone in 16th of january 2019 12am. When im in the airport and didn’t recover it. Please help me to block my phone. Xperia xa ultra  thank you

Hi @Kendan, sorry to hear about what has happened.

If the device is still powered on, has an active Internet connection and you had a Google account added in the device, you can try and use the Google service called Find My Device to remotely block and wipe your device.

You also need to contact your operator and see how you can proceed with blocking the device from being used with a SIM card, as the IMEI number has to be blocked in all networks. To do this, you may need a case from the police.
