I do not receive a call
It does not let me answer incoming calls and tells the person who is calling me that the number is busy.

Are this regular calls or third party apps (whatsapp, hangouts, etc) ?

Have you restarted the phone?

Do you have any antivirus app that might be filtering/screening the calls?

Hi @Lily101, sorry to hear about this.

Does this occur with all incoming calls, or is it a specific contact/number that this occurs with? If you have blocked the number in your device, the person that is calling you will receive this message.

You can see the blocked numbers in your device if you open up the Phone application > tap the 3 dots in the top right corner > Settings > Block numbers. If you find the number in this list, tap the "x" and remove the block and ask the person to call you again.
