Llevo días intentando enviar mensajes (SMS) a un contacto específico y siempre me sale el mismo aviso "no se pudo enviar", ayer intente enviar un SMS a otros contactos pero no he tenido éxito.
Llame a atención al cliente y me dijeron que debo cambiar el número de de centro de SMS porque al parecer el que yo tengo es erróneo, pero no me da la opción de cambio.
Alguien me pude ayudar?
I have been trying to send messages (SMS) to a specific contact for days and I always get the same "could not send" warning, yesterday I tried to send an SMS to other contacts but I was not successful.
Call customer service and they told me that I should change the number of SMS center because apparently the one I have is wrong, but it does not give me the option to change.
