HOW TO ON THE SCREEN BT DOUBLE TAP ON XA1 ULTRA

I'm using sony xperia xa1 ultra, I have problem with power button can you tell the any app or setting to on the screen by using double tap

Hi @PAVANYAMA4, i am sorry to hear about this.

If the power key has stopped working on your phone I would suggest that you get in contact with your local support team in order to have the phone sent in to an authorized service center to be examined and possibly repaired. If you have any questions regarding the service, such as routines, warranty and consumer laws, these type of questions are best answered by your local support team as well, as they vary between markets.

Unfortunately double tap to wake is not embedded in the software of your XA1. There may however exist apps in Play store that supports this function or similar unlocking functions. Please note though that we cannot guarantee full functionality for apps made by a third party.

That's a shame. I've just bought my XA1 ultra and found out it doesn't have this feature. I really got used to it with my Z2 and now I'm trying to get used to pressing the start button every time.

I hope you can get it back in next update.

It is there to turn it off so, why not to turn it on?

I can't understand why you erased this feature.
