Hi @Alex135, welcome to our forum!

To be able to use mobile data, you will first of all have to download and install the Internet settings in your device. To do that, go to Settings > More > Internet settings > Approve. Wait for them to be downloaded and installed and then restart your device. You may have to be connected to a Wi-Fi network to download these settings.

If you want to turn mobile data off or on, you can do so in Settings > Data Usage and drag the slider beside Mobile data traffic accordingly.

Are you not able to download the Internet settings or is it still not working after they have been downloaded and installed?

You can try and reset the network settings in your device. Do note that this will delete any saved Wi-Fi networks, paired Bluetooth accessories and reset the Internet settings, so you will have to connect to the Wi-Fi networks again and enter the password, pair the Bluetooth accessories again and redownload the Internet settings.

To do this, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Network settings reset, Find and tap RESET SETTINGS.

You can also try another SIM card in your phone, if you can borrow one from a friend, family member or colleague.
