help me ! strange pixel damaged artefacts on photos ?

On about 20% of photos from camera I have strange defects. I have no idea what cause that strange problem. It is no compression pixels or long exposure time.

This is very strange 

Do you have your photos being saved to the SD card or the internal storage?

Photos are saved on internal storage.

I'm sorry to say that but that's a hardware issue.

I have the same problem, did anyone get a decent reply from helpdesk on this? They said I had to clear cache and reinstall software, I did both but nothing helps.

I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange for the device to be repaired.
