Do you experience the same with different headphones or just an specific pair?

 Hi, I'm having the same trouble

In my case It's with different earphones (Sony MDR 10, H.ear in 1 & 2 and Sony ZX110)

The device in one second stops recognizing it, also it needs to be pushed hard to recognize but if the cord moves, it doesn't recognize it anymore

The phone doesn't fall off or was hitted

Thats hardware problem,get it repaired under warranty
