gps timezone

My timezone is Currently Central European Summer Time (CEST), UTC +2.
A strange effect on my phone is that the GPS time thinks it is one hour earlier. I tried to clear the cache by doing a AGPS reset. Several GPS apps could help me, but the issue isnt solved.
Does anyone has the same issue and knows the answer?

I have this exact problem... One hour behind for GPS time. It messes up any app times that use GPS like strava. I've been through all the strava fixes with their tech department and they eventually are saying it must be the phone itself. Did you ever have any joy fixing it?

No solution yet. I wonder what happens after the change to (standard) wintertime. This is this weekend, so we'll wait. Problably a software issue that must be solved bij Sony. Hope the read these fora.

There is a solution without help! After the wintertime is set, the hour difference is eliminated. No real solution, but then Sony's technicians know where to search.
