After On the Flight mode after off the flight mode then after Bluetooth automatically is connected.
Same on my XA after updating to Nougat.

@ Sony: When will you fix the nummerous bugs that are reported after installing Nougat?
Did you try factory reset and check?
I had same issue with Sony Xperia XA Dual and that has worked fine after factory reset.
You may check with nearest service center also if require, they will do android update.
