Few important things missing out for xa1 plus

video calling:

I have been using android based phones since years and got to see latest available all smartphones have direct video calling facility available to users, don't know why sony sony is not making it available to users even after latest software upgrade my phone shows video calling option and even makes a call on pressing the icon but does not shows other party video, on asking to customer care they say there is no such facility available to sony users till now will have to use third party app such as duo why when we have all functions available in our phone why need to depend on third party app.

Phone no display :

Even on typing first few no of a mobile no it does not display the contact name on the top of screen.

Not showing video might be a limitation on the other callers end. Weak signal or device compatibility might be a factor.

It works with third party app only, direct video calling is not happening feature in sony mobiles, said sony authorised customer care executive

That doesn't surprise me, while networks charge astronomical prices for low Res choppy video, the likes of hangouts, do better video for free.
