After rebooting, RAM increases continuously until the phone decelerates and reboots itself and starts all over again. My phone software is a new, fix it Xperia Companion, but yet wrong.

Kernel / Always running (100%) 866 MB
Caches / Always running (100%) 225 MB
Native Always running (100%) 163 MB
Good phone ~ 600-800 MB (up to 3-4 days runtime)
Kernel / Always running (100%) 408 MB
Caches / Always running (100%) 238 MB
Native Always running (100%) 190 MB
