Ear speaker not working

I'm sorry to hear this.
I recommend that you test your ear speaker outside of a call in the diagnostics app. To do so, go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Ear speaker. How does the speaker work in this test?
I would also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I see, did you have a chance to test your speaker in safe mode as well?
If you are still experiencing the same behavior in safe mode I recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion to see if there is anything software related causing this behavior.

I have the same problem. I have testet and I have tried software repair using Xperia Companion. What more can I do? This is a very annoying problem.

If you have tried all suggested troubleshooting including performing a software repair using Xperia Companion, I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team in order to get instructions on how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.
