Dual SIM slot missing

help why is there only one sim slot on my xa. That's the main reason I bought this phone thanks in advance.

For XA dual sim models are F3112 & F3116. What is your model?

Hi @Emylos10, welcome to our forum!

As @Roadrunny76 mentioned, the Dual SIM models of the Xperia XA are F3112 and F3116 and for the XA Ultra Dual the models are F3212 and F3216.

Could you please go to Settings > About phone and get back to us with "model / model number" and we'll do our best to assist you!

You can also check how the SIM card tray looks like. The tray for Dual SIM have two slots for the SIM cards and the single SIM version have one slot for one SIM card.
