Dual SIM card problem, SIM 1 not working properly

Had this phone about 6weeks and it has worked until until last week when I travelled to UK from TENERIFE my Spanish contract sim would not roam or allow me to make calls. Since my return yesterday I can get Internet but not make calls can receive them and send text it automatically defaults to English sim for calls help pls

that seems to be a network issue more than a phone issue, have you contacted your carrier network?

Spanish sim works fine in another phone. Technician here at the moment so we will c thanx

The problem was the phone the sim card works, can call out etc in another phoneI had to restore factory setting I followed instructions on line to save contacts photos etc and it lost everything so wasnt a happy bunny my spanish contract phone  now allows me to call
