Disabled safemode

My XA is on safemode and the volume down button isnt working. I have tried to restart many times even back up my data but it is still on safemode.  How can i escape this situation. Please help. Thanks a lot

Hi @Mi19,

I'm sorry to hear this.

If you start your device while holding pressing the volume down key the phone it will boot in to safe mode, there is no way to disable this feature. I recommend that you make sure there is nothing pressing on your volume key when you power on or restart your device.

If your volume key is broken I recommend that you get in contact with your Local support to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.
