Connected to wifi without internet

I have an annoying Internet access problem from Hotspot (Hotel). I enter the password and the phone registers correctly on the network. Unfortunately, however, it fails to connect to the internet (connected without internet). All other devices (Tablet, PC and my wife's smartphone) connect to the internet without any problems! I restarted my Xperia, updated Android and checked the configurations (that look all right). At home my smartphone connects regularly to wifi. What could it be? Thank you for your help.

@Ropons

Some hotels will limit the number of devices connected on the same credentials, are you sure there's no limit like 3 devices per room?

Lo mismo me pasa en mi casa, todos acceden a la red  pero mi Xperia accede al WiFi más no al Internet, alguna recomendación?,

The same thing happens to me in my house, everyone accesses the network but my Xperia accesses the WiFi more not to the Internet, some recomendación ?

For me it's an operating system problem! Needs that Sony review all codes and compatibility with Wi-Fi Hot Spot.

In another thread, it's suggested to only EITHER have Bluetooth or Wi-Fi on.  It's worked on my XA1 Plus, with otherwise would either struggle to connect to or recognize the Wi-Fi (when all other devices in the room were able to).

It's yet another disappointing showing from Sony.  And after some 10 devices with them, none of which worked as smoothly as the competitors, I'm ready to give up on a brand that I so want to stay in love with.

(typo... or rather autocorrect issue)

*which otherwise would
