It is informed that my Sony mobile IMEI No. Model - F5122 is not working properly since previous six months, which is got repaired on dated 27-10-2017 vide job No. B1W117102100114, but again handed over for many problems ( like screen burnt, heating, switches failure etc ) to care centre on dated 17-2-2018 vide job No. W118021700686 at Sonipat Haryana- 131001. I am feeling so nervous by the services of your company. The care centre denied to give me a alternative handset to keep continue my mobile services. I am unable to visit care centre after a very short periods for the same problems. So please registered my complaint to replace my mobile set in place of repairs.
