Charging problem

Hi, I'm having problems charging my Sony Xa1. It was fine when I first bought it. Now, it won't charge at all unless I put something on top of my phone. Its not a cable or a plug as I've used 5 different new chargers. It's something inside my phone ... Can anyone help?

That seems to be a hardware issue, you will have to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

My Xperia facing difficulties in charging. Sometime overnight charge stay at 0%

I'm having the same issues mine is just charging super slowly. The screen broke so I sent it to Sony for repair and everything was fine but since the Aug 5th security update I have found that the phone doesn't charge as fast. Now I usually let it go to 15% then charge it or even let it drain completely to preserve battery health and life. I plug it in and I am able to play games and use it as normal. The battery then would charge as normal. I am using the charger provided I even sent the charger with the phone to get it tested at the sony centre and it passed with flying colours. Gonna backup and reset via Xperia Companion to see if it works. I will be back with the results of this.
