Cellular data not working under airtel

Hi team 1 week ago my phone recently stopped supporting airtel sim . When i went to store they said the sim is not supported by my phone but when i insert it z1 it was working it was wièrd to see that . The store changed my sim twice but it was futile effort . The phone is not supporting airtel sim only .

have you tried changing the network type? settings> mobile and network

try to set it to any of the presets. as far as i know some networks have discontinues their service on 2g Networks. so try settings to 3g or 4g

make sure the APN are configured correctly.

have you checked with other network sims?
