Cannot disable network notifications

The phone beeps everytime there is no network coverage.... How do you disable it, its driving me nuts

When the notification comes slide it half way to the side, press the cog wheel and disable the notification (if possible).

Thanks, I tried that, I disabled everything and it still keeps notifying me!!  I wish Sony would sort this out.  Thanks for your suggestion though.
