cannot connect to wifi

I am having problems with connecting my Sony XA1 with wifi at work. it easily connects at home but work it says IP address not found. Where as my iphone works well with the internet at office and home. Battery also drains out very quick, having all my apps, locations off. please can anyone guide me

You can try: "Forget Network" to make a fresh start or do a network settings reset.

After doing the latter you will have to re-establish a network connecting @home and @work.

I think it is worth the try.

Turn off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, then turn on the Wi-Fi.

They have one radio module due to which there is a failure with the connection of Wi-Fi.

Please off your bluetooth when using wifi and it should work. I think Sonny has a conflicting issue with blue tooth and wifi. Sony should look into it.
