can't connect to any wifi because connect button is greyed out

I have Xperia XA ultra.

I can't connect to my work wifi because 'connect' button is greyed out.

As support person asked, I reset the network settings.

Now, all paired wifi connections are gone.

Connect button is still not working.

I called support, they told me to repair the software.

I did it. connect button still not working.

I tried the solution of similar problem: turn on NFC and then wifi.

Connect button is still greyed out.

I think it must be software. They asked me to send it to repair.

I didn't drop my phone or there's no any physical damage.

Isn't there any way to fix this problem, without sending for repair?

Hi @KUR99, sorry to hear about this.

If you haven't checked already, make sure that you have chosen one of options in "CA-certificate" before you try to connect to the network. If this option is left empty, you will not be able to connect to the Wi-Fi network as it is required to choose one of the CA-certificates or that it should not validate at all.
