Why xperia a1 plus have no slow mo
This requires Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.
MWC kept showing off their Slow Motion feature.
What the camera does have is motion tracking from what I saw in some videos.

You can get half speed by recording on 60fps and editing to be 1/2 speed giving you slow motion in 30fps. You could squeeze a little more and edit down to 24fps for a slightly slower video.
