Camera button broken + display blue light

I was taking some photos and then the button wouldn't take pictures anymore.

Now it only goes down directly, instead of having 2 stages (the half press would trigger the focus).

Now, i also have the second issue with my phone which occurred before the button, it's the screen...

At the bottom right side there is a blue light (yellow if viewing white background), right next to the camera button.. Was there some sort of manufacturing error on my phone in that area, because it's frustrating. The repairs take more than one month because of the 45 day law (so the repair service waits weeks before even attempting repair)
