Camera and GPS

My  camera lightlight sensor doesn't seem all that and pictures are often blurry  and have poor light.

My gps time  I an hour behind. So when I use strava it is out of sync with other users

Can anyone help me

Multiple issues, ok, camera, make sure that there aren't any scratches or that the lens is dirty; also, does your phone have a protective case, film and/or glass? 

As for the Strava app, since it's a third party app, you will have to contact the app developer as it's up to them to address any bugs.
