Call problem

When I'm speaking with a person I'm not getting the call of 3rd person when he is calling

Hi @Kiran_123, let me see if I can help you out here. 

First off all, make sure that you have the call waiting function activated in the phone, you can find where to activate it here beneath the "To activate or deactivate call waiting" section. 

If that setting is activated you should try to contact your operator that you are using to make sure that this is not deactivated by default from their side.
